Access Database Formula to Compute Total Time for Monthly Report

I have an existing database that has two reports. Each report summarizes time for events in an activity table. The report needs to compute total time in Hours:Minutes:Seconds for the summary and main sub report. I have a current formula and the total time is not computing correctly.
