Access Database Expert to Repair Existing Database

Urgent need for an access database expert to fix an error. The original designer was a brilliant access database programmer and unfortunately recently passed away.
We have a frontend and backend database per the picture. When trying to open the front end, we are getting an error (please review the images for error) . This error only recently appeared and we believe it is a result of recent Microsoft update. Would someone be able to assist in fixing this error?
