Access Database Development

I was working on this system with another coder who cannot complete the work and I am looking for a coder to work long term with to build the system over time. Right now I have some priorities which have been listed in the attached document along with the current version of the system. Read the document, have a look at the existing structure and only bid once you have done so! Too many coders simply do not read the instructions and its a pain for both parties. What I am asking should be straight forward for a good access/VBA coder once you have looked at what exists. Essentially I want the functionality of an existing form to work on another named from, and a few other bids an pieces. IF you can achieve this, there will be more ongoing work for sure.
