Access Database

I am looking for an experienced developer to build an Access Database that can store and manage data. The database should be able to handle about 1000-10,000 records and will not require any existing data to be imported from another system. I need a reliable, secure database that can support data entry while also enabling users to easily retrieve, report, and analyze the data. The database should also have the capacity to integrate with other systems if required.
