Access Asset Inventory with frontend UI

I need a database made with access for managing IT devices, the database will be stored on a network drive and accessed by 4 computers. I need to be able to search for assets in stock, in use and other statuses and generate a printout of results. I also need an option to print a list of assets for selectable reasons (like assignment and returns, I will provide two .doc files for this) listing assets assigned to a given user. The printout will need to be modifyable to add text like current date, fair use policy, signature confirmation, logo etc. Details for each asset will include: site, SN#, Hardware components, supplier, purchase date, end of warranty, user, dept., OS and a series of custom fields. The frontend will need to give me the option to search for assets by type, sn# or user, and add assets/users.

As this is the second time I have posted this listing, I will pay the eventual freelancer on a task based plan.

Task 01: $0 - Present a working idea of the backend,
Task 02: 30% of fee - Present a working idea of front end UI, and print function.
Task 03: 50% of fee - Deliver and testing on my PC
Task 04: 20% of fee - Testing complete (within 24hrs of Task 03)
