I'm looking for an experienced IT professional to help me monitor and troubleshoot a Microsoft Access Application and related SQL statements. I'm looking for someone who can provide general monitoring and troubleshooting services to ensure all interfaces and the application are operating correctly. I expect the freelancer to have the technical knowledge and experience to diagnose potential issues, and suggest and implement solutions.
The current MS Access does have interfaces is into JIRA, BMD, Excel and Chronos Time Tracking. Further you should have experinece with standard BI and Reporting Tools in order to replace MS Access in Future.
