MS Access App - needs improvement

I have an MS Access app for my Real Estate Company. When creating commission vouchers for my agent there are times when I need to edit the default amount of the commission. However, when printing the commission voucher the default amount is still reflected. Also, when I try to sort the outstanding commissions I encounter an error. On the other hand, any suggestion to improve the app is welcomed.
