MS Access Advanced programming, Reports, Queries and Access data base complex Reports -- 2

I need a very experienced and ADVANCED MS access programmer developer that is able to manipulate my Access database to create custom reports, custom look up tables and custom queries to produce formatted custom print out reports all done in MS Access.
Must be advanced Access user and be able to easily make custom tables and queries with resultant output for reports.
Must have Great English skills in communication of requirements.
