field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 8 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM architecture and
implementation.
Strong expertise in MS Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
Proficient in CRM architecture patterns, data modeling, security, and performance optimization.
Experience with development tools like C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, plugins, and workflows.
Knowledge of integration techniques including REST APIs, SOAP, and middleware.
Familiarity with cloud CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM or related technologies are
highly desirable.
