clean up an existing sharepoint collection

Hi, I'm looking for a professional to clean up an existing small business SharePoint collection, which comprises of a Hub Site and approximately ten Team Sites. I am having issues with inconsistencies in formatting and structure and looking for a solution that involves both reorganization and cleanup of the collection.
