Windows IT Support & Maintenance
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
My small office runs entirely on Windows 10/11 machines and I need an expert who can keep everything stable and secure. The immediate scope covers three areas:
• Software troubleshooting – resolving persistent crashes, driver conflicts, and update failures
• Hardware diagnostics – identifying faulty components, advising on replacements, and guiding onsite staff through swaps when needed
• Ongoing system maintenance – scheduling updates, tuning performance, and documenting each change for easy reference
Because our email and file-sharing rely on a local router plus Microsoft 365, I also need hands-on assistance configuring the network, tightening security, and checking that every machine authenticates correctly.
All work will be done remotely through AnyDesk or TeamViewer. Clear, prompt communication is critical; I want root-cause explanations, not just quick fixes, and a short report after each session so everyone here understands what was changed and why.
