Urgent Outlook Spam Fix

Job ID: 39813247

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

My Microsoft 365 company mailboxes have suddenly started landing in recipients’ spam folders—whether we send from the Outlook desktop client or OWA. Messages reach their destination, but the “Junk” label is hurting communication with clients and vendors, so I need a fast, permanent resolution today.

You’ll investigate the root cause (SPF/DKIM/DMARC mis-alignment, reputation flags, connector or transport-rule misconfiguration, etc.) and apply best-practice changes directly in Microsoft 365 Admin, Exchange Online, and DNS. I’ll supply admin credentials, current DNS zone access, and a few recent header samples as soon as we start.

Deliverables (all required):
• Clean diagnostic report pinpointing the issue.
• Corrected configuration implemented and verified (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, or other as needed).
• Proof that new test emails no longer hit spam in major providers (Gmail, Outlook.com, Yahoo, etc.).
• One-page hand-off sheet summarising the changes for future reference.

This is a straight-forward but time-sensitive task; please confirm your availability to jump in immediately and outline how long you expect the fix and testing to take.
