Transfer Scanned Data to MS Forms
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I have a batch of scanned images that contain both text and numerical information. I need every piece of that mixed data keyed accurately into a set of Microsoft Forms I’ve already prepared. Your job is straightforward yet detail-oriented: read each image carefully, transcribe the content exactly as shown, and populate the corresponding fields in the form.
Accuracy is critical—spelling, punctuation, and number values must match the originals, and any illegible characters should be flagged for review rather than guessed. Once you’ve completed the entry, submit the Forms so I can verify the results directly in Microsoft 365.
Deliverables:
• All assigned MS Forms fully populated with the data from each scanned image
• A brief note highlighting any fields you flagged as unclear or incomplete
