Sync Outlook Calendar with HubSpot

I need a Microsoft-savvy partner to sit with me over a live screen-share on my Windows desktop and walk me through linking my Outlook 365 Home desktop calendar to my existing HubSpot account.
Here’s what I want to accomplish in a single interactive session:
• Configure the Outlook 365 desktop app so new meetings, edits, and cancellations flow flawlessly in both directions with HubSpot.
• Flag any add-ons or upgrades—such as a lightweight Microsoft Exchange plan—that might be required for continuous sync, and help me decide whether they’re worth it.
Success looks like opening Outlook after our call and seeing every calendar event immediately reflected inside HubSpot (and vice versa)
