Spreadsheet Data Entry & Validation

I have a backlog of customer information that needs to be transferred accurately into Excel. The records are currently scattered across different sources, so I’m looking for someone who can not only enter the data but also run basic validation checks as you go—duplicate detection, consistent formatting, and flagging any obvious errors.

You’ll be working directly in my existing Excel workbook (Microsoft 365), using built-in tools such as Data Validation rules, conditional formatting, and simple lookup formulas to keep everything clean and reliable. Once the first batch is complete, I’ll review, give feedback, and then release the next set of files.

Deliverables:
• Updated Excel file with all customer records entered
• Validation notes highlighting any entries you had to correct or questions that need my input

Acceptance Criteria:
• 100 % of provided records are present in the spreadsheet
• No duplicates, misplaced columns, or formatting inconsistencies
• Clear annotation of any uncertain data that requires confirmation
