Freelance IT Engineer – Laptop Deployment & Migration (Klang Valley)
We're looking for an experienced freelance IT Engineer to assist with deploying and standardizing our company's laptop environment across several subsidiaries.
Scope
• Set up new Windows & Mac laptops with our standard corporate software stack before issuance.
• Migrate existing employee laptops from personal setups to our corporate standard.
• Install and configure company-approved software, Microsoft 365 Apps, security software, and perform basic user data migration where required.
• Travel to multiple office locations within the Klang Valley to perform onsite setup.
Requirements
• Experience supporting both Windows and macOS.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 Apps, desktop deployment, software installation and user support.
• Own transport is preferred as travel between offices is required.
