SharePoint Setup for Architecture Firm

Job ID: 39665672

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I need someone to help set up a SharePoint site for our small architectural design firm. The primary purpose of the site will be document management. We have around 10 major building clients, each of whom can have hundreds of projects. The folder structure is Project Name, subfolders of CAD files, files in, files out, emails, and meeting notes.
I need the clients to have access to all their project files.
We then have one-time or single project clients that are kept Separate from our main clients. The folder structure is the same for these clients.
I need the single clients to have access to just their projects.
My company has three full-time employees who need access to all the clients.
I want to keep this as simple as possible with a very small learning curve for my employees and customers.
We also do Zoom meetings or team meetings to review projects on shared screens. I want this information and any files or videos to be able to be kept in the meeting notes folder.

We have the Microsoft 365 suite and use OneDrive for file storage.

We use Chief Architect for our design software, and I need my employees to be able to access this and open it directly from the SharePoint sites. This is very important!
