SharePoint Onboarding Platform Build

I need a complete onboarding platform built in Microsoft SharePoint that new hires can open just as comfortably from the SharePoint desktop experience as from the mobile app. The site has to welcome users with clear navigation and deliver three core content types: traditional documents and handbooks for reference, engaging video-tutorials for role-specific learning, and interactive checklists or forms that guide employees through every required step.

Please set up the underlying site architecture, libraries, and pages, design a clean layout that matches our corporate styling, and configure permissions so only HR can edit while new employees can read and complete forms. The interactive pieces should use out-of-the-box SharePoint lists, Power Automate, or comparable Microsoft 365 tools so that progress is tracked automatically and managers receive notifications when tasks are completed.

I will supply the raw content (PDFs, videos, and checklist items); you focus on structuring it intuitively, embedding the media, and making sure everything renders well on both desktop and mobile. A short hand-off session at the end documenting how to add future material will round things off.
