You will map the current architecture, flag duplication, repair broken links, standardise page layouts, and tighten permissions where required. The brief centres on navigation: a simplified menu that actually points people in the right direction and a search experience that surfaces the correct file first time. By the end of this phase I want a concise report of what you found plus the implemented fixes so the team immediately feels the difference.
Phase 2 – Safety Management System hub
Using the supplied content and a reference site, build a dedicated Safety page that becomes our single source of truth. The layout must be clearly numbered, multi-section, and mobile-friendly so crews on site can pull up asbestos, electrical or working-at-heights procedures in seconds. I am after a polished look that matches our branding, with metadata and version control in place from day one.
