SharePoint Employee Self-Service Site Creation

Create employee self service site on SharePoint
Limitation: I have M365 Business basic license (only for Admin) and free automate licences. All work SHALL be around these licenses ONLY.
1) Daily attendance will be recorded on eSSL biometric device in office premises
2) Monthly reports (like attendance, leave, etc.... you have to suggest which reports to be exported) will be created on monthly basis in the form of csv or xls format
3) These should be pulled into SharePoint and stored historically (i.e. all records current to latest export date)
4) Employee will be enrolled through either company ID or GMail and assigned type like
5) Employee can access the SharePoint site with his enrolled email ID ONLY (for employee name / details on SharePoint should match with those on eSSL database)
6) This will open ESS which will show dashboard with month-wise hrs worked and leave balance summary. He can also see the Company Holiday List. All this data READ ONLY
7) From this dashboard, employee can click on respective month. This will open daily attendance record (which is pulled from eSSL exported report). it will show if Timesheet is Approved, Not Submitted or Pending Approval
8) for Not Submitted month, Employee shall click on "Submit for Approval" and it will create a PDF document showing employee's personal details (like Name, Address, enrolled email ID, PAN No., Company's name, address, pan & GSTIN, Worked hours, projects works, Total leaves quota, leaves for this month, and leaves balance) and current date
9) Leaves Quota: Paid Leaves (1.5 accrued each month), Sick Leaves (6 assigned at the start of year)... keep flexibility to define such rules
10) "Projects worked" this is the only input (3-4 lines) which employee can add
11) Once all details are filled and SUBMIT for approval is done, PDF shall be sent by email to the Manager (Owner or Manager) and copy shall be stored in SharePoint. This copy can be accessible to employee
12) ALL the data shall be Full Access to Owner
