RightFax 23.4 O365 Fax Setup
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Our RightFax Server 23.4 (patch 1066) is currently unable to send faxes—every attempt ends with a “Transmission failed” status. I need this fault isolated and fixed, then the server linked cleanly to Microsoft 365 so users can work through Email-to-Fax and Fax-to-Email without errors.
Key outcomes I expect:
• Identify the root cause of the “Fax not sending” issue and restore reliable transmission.
• Configure and validate Office 365 connectors, routing rules, and authentication required for Email-to-Fax and Fax-to-Email.
• Provide a brief hand-over note summarising the changes and tests performed.
Remote access to the RightFax server and the Microsoft 365 tenant can be arranged as soon as we agree timing. Familiarity with RightFax 23.x, TLS settings, and Microsoft 365 mail flow will be essential.
