Restore Apps & Outlook After Reset

Yesterday I performed a full Windows reset on my Dell PC to fix a glitch and ended up wiping out more than forty installed applications. Outlook has disappeared entirely and several everyday programs I rely on are gone.
Because I kept a complete system backup before the reset, all the original data and installers should still be accessible—I simply need a skilled remote technician to connect, locate the backup, and restore the missing software and my Outlook mail profile without introducing fresh problems. Once everything is re-installed I also want the system checked for any leftover reset-related quirks (driver issues, licensing prompts, startup errors, etc.) so the machine feels as stable as it did before.
Please be comfortable working over a secure remote-access session on a Dell running the current version of Windows, and familiar with recovering Microsoft 365 / Outlook data, registry keys, and application settings from backups. When the session ends I expect:
• All priority applications and Outlook fully operational
• Shortcuts and file associations restored
• Confirmation the system boots cleanly with no new error messages
