Remote Part-Time IT Support Freelancer

We run an import & export business that depends on smooth, secure technology every day. To keep things running, we assign small batches of work—about 5-8 hours total each month—and we need those tasks handled quickly whenever they pop up.

Here’s what you’ll tackle:
• Windows and MacOS endpoints: installing updates, fixing login errors, cleaning up performance issues
• Network-side hiccups: VPN drops, Wi-Fi outages, printer sharing or routing problems
• Microsoft 365 and Outlook configuration: new mailbox setups, archive issues, add-in conflicts
• General troubleshooting with an eye on security, including antivirus alerts or firewall rules

All work is done remotely through tools such as Microsoft Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, or AnyDesk, with Slack or email for status updates. After each session, I expect a brief note summarising the root cause, the steps taken, and any follow-up actions so our internal IT & Information Security log stays complete.

The schedule is intentionally flexible. If this suits you and you’re comfortable switching between Windows 10/11, the latest MacOS releases, and Microsoft 365 admin panels, we’re set to start.
