Recover Outlook Email Access

I’m locked out of my Outlook-based business email after moving to a new phone. The Microsoft Authenticator app that generated my 2-step verification codes lived only on the old device, and I no longer have the recovery email or phone number tied to the account. I have already completed the Microsoft account-recovery form, but the automated process was unsuccessful.

I need someone who knows the ins-and-outs of Microsoft 365 / Outlook security escalation to help me regain access. That may involve guiding me through identity-verification alternatives, opening and following up on a support ticket with Microsoft, or any other proven method to disable or reset two-factor authentication without losing mailbox data.

Acceptance criteria:
• Full, logged-in access to the mailbox via Outlook on the web and mobile.
• Two-factor authentication re-established on my new phone (or another secure option) before project close.
• Clear, written steps of what was done so I can reference it in the future.
