Power Platform Migration Mentor

I’m looking for an experienced mentor who can walk me through real-world migration scenarios across Tenant-to-Tenant, SharePoint, and Legacy-to-Power Platform/M365 workloads, with some touchpoints in Azure where it naturally fits the workflow. I already work at an intermediate level inside Power Apps, Power Automate, and the wider M365 stack, but I want to refine my approach, learn proven patterns, and avoid hidden pitfalls that only surface during production moves.

The engagement I have in mind is hands-on and outcome driven: we share screens, step through pre-migration assessments, design the target architecture, and then execute pilot moves together while I take the lead. You would explain the why behind each choice—licensing, governance, security mapping, cut-over timing, and post-migration validation—so that I can repeat the process confidently on my own projects.
