Outlook Deliverability & DNS Fix

Job ID: 40126010

Budget: $10 – $30 AUD

Emails sent from my custom-domain mailbox on Microsoft 365 are currently bouncing for Outlook recipients with the notice “Sending email address was not recognized as a valid sender / suspected of sending spam.” Gmail and other providers still reach the inbox, but I need rock-solid delivery everywhere.

Here is what I need from you:

• Perform a full audit of my existing DNS records and Microsoft 365 configuration.
• Correct or rewrite the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so they reflect Microsoft’s recommended syntax and align with my mail-flow.
• Turn on DKIM in the Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance centre (I have admin rights).
• Verify the domain in Microsoft 365 once changes propagate and run live tests against Outlook, then repeat for Gmail to confirm the fixes work universally.
• Suggest an inbox warm-up plan and outline realistic daily/ hourly send limits that will keep my sender reputation safe.

I have direct access to the DNS zone and can apply any changes you specify immediately. Once the work is done I expect test messages from my domain to land in the primary inbox (not spam or quarantine) for both Outlook and Gmail, and for common tools such as MXToolbox and Google Postmaster Tools to show “pass” on SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

If you have deep experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 deliverability, let’s get this wrapped up today.
