Outlook Business Email Setup Needed
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m ready to move my company’s email onto Outlook and need a professional who can handle the full business email setup from start to finish. My domain is already registered; what I need now is for every mailbox to be created, secured, and fully functional on Outlook.
The job includes:
• Connecting my domain to Outlook through the correct MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records
• Creating the initial set of business mailboxes (I’ll supply the user list)
• Configuring basic security and spam-filtering policies in the Microsoft 365 / Outlook admin center
• Walking me through adding the new accounts to desktop Outlook, mobile apps and webmail so my team can hit the ground running
Acceptance criteria:
• All DNS records propagate correctly and pass standard tests (MXToolbox, Google Postmaster, etc.)
• Mail is sending and receiving without delay, landing in inboxes rather than spam
• Each user can sign in on at least one desktop and one mobile device
Once the email environment is live I will move on to networking improvements, a new website build and SEO, so a smooth email rollout is the priority right now and could lead to additional work.
