• OneDrive configured as the primary sync solution on every workstation
• An automated, weekly backup routine that copies our critical files to Google Drive
I want you to come to our location, install and configure everything yourself, and then walk the team through the entire process in clear, step-by-step detail. Written instructions we can keep on file are essential.
Expect to:
1. Sign in to each Windows machine, link the correct Microsoft 365 accounts, set selective-sync folders, and verify upload integrity.
2. Implement an automated backup—whether that’s via Google Drive for Desktop, a scheduled PowerShell job, or another reliable tool—so weekly copies land in the designated Google Drive folder without user intervention.
3. Test both restore and rollback procedures.
4. Deliver an easy-to-follow guide and run a live, detailed training session so staff feel confident repeating or troubleshooting the setup.
