I need assistance setting up my email in Outlook using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. I have already registered a domain with NameCheap, opened a new Microsoft 365 account, configured DNS settings, and purchased the Office 365 Business Basic Plan, which includes MS Exchange Online.
However, I'm facing issues logging in. When I try to log in, I receive a message saying, "Get a Code to Sign In." I'm unsure where to get this code, as I haven't received it in the original email provided by NameCheap's Privateemail service.
I'm looking for someone familiar with:
- Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- Microsoft Entra Admin Center
- Exchange Admin Center
- NameCheap Admin panel
We will need to have an online session via Google Meet, where you'll guide me or take control as necessary. This is urgent, so please be ready to join within minutes. I believe it will take less than an hour.
