Office 365 Domain Migration, 900 Users -- 2
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need to move about 900 users from our current Microsoft 365 tenant to a new tenant that carries our freshly registered domain. Each mailbox must arrive intact with its email history and saved contacts, and every user’s existing OneDrive content has to come over as well.
The engagement covers the full life-cycle: discovery, detailed migration plan, pilot batch, bulk move, domain cut-over, and post-move validation. I will handle licensing on the new tenant; you supply the tooling (PowerShell, Microsoft 365 admin center, ShareGate, BitTitan or similar) and the experience to keep downtime to a minimum.
Once the switch is complete I’ll also need short, targeted training for a handful of key users so they can champion the new environment internally—webinars, quick-start guides or a recorded session are fine as long as the material is clear and reusable.
Deliverables
• Confirmed migration schedule and rollback plan
• Successfully migrated email, contacts and OneDrive data for all 900 users
• Updated DNS and domain settings with zero mail loss
• Post-migration validation report (mail flow, permissions, OneDrive access)
• Training material and live session for the selected key users
