Office IT & Cloud Audit
Budget: $10 – $500 AUD
I’m looking for an experienced IT professional to give our entire office technology stack a health check and tidy-up. We run Windows-based PCs and laptops on Microsoft 365, keep files in SharePoint and OneDrive, and lean on HubSpot plus a few other cloud apps that have been bolted on over time. Things work—but not always smoothly—and I’d like an expert eye on every layer: hardware performance and security, software configuration, as well as the way our cloud services talk to one another.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A thorough review of our current environment—including endpoint security, patch status, user permissions, SharePoint libraries, OneDrive sync settings, and any integrations with HubSpot and the rest of our toolset.
• A clear, prioritised report that highlights risks, bottlenecks, and quick wins, then maps out longer-term improvements for hardware, software, and cloud integration.
• Practical recommendations (or step-by-step instructions) I can act on immediately; if you’re available to implement the fixes afterwards, note that in your proposal.
I prefer someone that we can contact at all times and be available to come into our hurstville office when needed.
