Nintex Developer for Workflow Automation

We’re on the lookout for a Nintex Developer / Workflow Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team!

Role Summary

We’re looking for a Nintex-focused developer who will design, build, and maintain business process automations using Nintex (Workflows and Forms)—primarily within SharePoint / Microsoft 365.



This role is automation-first (not heavy SharePoint platform development). You’ll work closely with stakeholders to turn business processes into efficient, scalable workflows.



Key Responsibilities:

* Design, build, and maintain Nintex Workflows (cloud/on-prem, depending on your stack)

* Create and customize Nintex Forms for business processes (HR, finance, approvals, onboarding, etc.)

* Translate business requirements into automated process solutions

* Integrate workflows with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party systems

* Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing workflows

* Document processes, workflows, and automation logic

* Work with business users and stakeholders to improve efficiency and reduce manual work



Required Skills & Experience

* Strong experience with Nintex (Workflows and Forms)

* Experience working with SharePoint and/or Microsoft 365

* Solid understanding of business process automation

* Prefrably mid to senior level of working experience

* Experience with approvals, notifications, data routing, and integrations

* Basic understanding of JavaScript, APIs, or expressions (for advanced workflow logic)

* Good communication skills (you’ll work closely with non-technical users)



Nice to Have (Bonus)

* Experience with Power Automate / Power Platform

* Experience with SharePoint administration or customization

* Experience integrating with external systems (REST APIs, SQL, etc.)

* Background in HR, Finance, or Operations workflows
