Migrate Office 365 to Google Workspace
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m moving a 10-user organisation from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace and need an experienced partner to handle the end-to-end migration with minimal disruption.
Scope
• Email – All active mailboxes (including online archive folders, no legacy PST files) must be migrated to Gmail, preserving labels, read states and folder structure.
• OneDrive & SharePoint – Under 1 TB total. Content needs to land in the right users’ My Drive or Shared Drives with original permissions intact.
• Shared mailboxes & groups – Recreate our current shared addresses and Microsoft 365 groups so they deliver shared email, offer collaborative file areas and support calendar sharing/scheduling in Google Groups/Shared Drives.
Key goals
– Zero data loss and the shortest possible cut-over window.
– Retain send-as / send-on-behalf for shared addresses.
– Map existing SharePoint links to equivalent Google locations where feasible.
– Provide a clear rollback or contingency plan.
I’m comfortable updating DNS once you provide the records; everything else (tool selection, staging, throttling, user communication templates, post-migration clean-up) is part of your brief. You can use Google Workspace Migrate, GWMME, BitTitan or similar—just outline your approach so I can approve it.
Deliverables
1. Pre-migration checklist and timeline.
2. Pilot migration report for one user.
3. Full production migration of mail, OneDrive and SharePoint.
4. Re-creation and testing of all shared mailboxes/groups with email, file and calendar functions verified.
5. Final hand-over report confirming data volumes moved, error logs (if any) and recommended next steps.
If you’ve completed similar Microsoft 365 → Google Workspace moves, especially involving OneDrive/SharePoint and shared resources, I’d love to see brief examples when you reply.
