Microsoft 365 Workflow Automation Setup

I need a streamlined way to schedule Microsoft Teams meetings without the usual back-and-forth. The goal is to create an automated workflow—whether through Power Automate, Graph API scripting, or a lightweight app—that can read participants’ availability and set up the meeting in their calendars instantly.
Key expectations
• The solution must live entirely inside the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and work natively with Teams.
• It should accept a small group of participants, find a mutually free slot, create the meeting, and send the invite with the proper Teams link.
• I want a simple front end (even a Teams message or adaptive card is fine) where I can input attendees and meeting duration.
Deliverables
• Fully functioning automation (flow, script, or app) deployed in my tenant
• Short setup guide so I can maintain and tweak it later
• Quick demo session to confirm everything works as described
