Microsoft 365 Tenant Overhaul
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
Our legacy Microsoft 365 tenant has grown organically and no longer fits the way we work. I have already provisioned a fresh Microsoft 365 Business tenant and now need an expert partner to design, migrate, and implement a secure, future-ready environment that truly supports collaboration, document management, communication, and AI-enabled productivity. We have ten people in the company.
Here is exactly what I want to achieve:
• Exchange and Teams configuration – build a clean architecture, apply best-practice security, and cut over mail and voice services with minimal disruption.
• Migrate OneDrive and SharePoint – move all files, permissions, and metadata from the old tenant, set up modern site collections and a clear information architecture.
• Copilot and full O365 setup – enable Copilot, fine-tune licensing, policies, and data boundaries so staff can start using AI features from day one.
• Tenant-to-tenant migration – plan and execute the entire move, covering user identities, mailboxes, Teams channels, SharePoint sites, and OneDrive content.
I’m looking for guidance through discovery, a detailed migration roadmap, hands-on execution, and post-go-live support. Please outline your approach, timeline, and any tooling you prefer (SharePoint Migration Tool, PowerShell, Azure AD / Entra ID, etc.). Clear documentation and a short knowledge-transfer session will be part of the final hand-off.
