Microsoft 365 SharePoint Collaboration Training
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m organising a hands-on SharePoint programme for a small group of up to ten intermediate users who already understand basic navigation but want to master the collaboration side of Microsoft 365. The goal is to help them work together more fluidly—co-authoring in document libraries, managing permissions, versioning, sharing links securely, integrating Teams chats, and using modern lists, pages and web parts to keep projects moving without email overload.
I’m looking for a trainer who can run live, interactive sessions (virtual is fine) and back them up with concise reference material that my team can revisit afterwards. Because the attendees are at an intermediate level, we can skip intro slides and dive straight into practical demos, short challenges and real-world exercises drawn from typical marketing, finance and HR scenarios.
Deliverables
• A brief call with me to refine the agenda and confirm the key collaboration features to spotlight
• A session plan broken into logical modules (total training time around one business day, split however you recommend)
• Live training delivery with plenty of Q&A and screen-sharing walkthroughs
• Downloadable cheat sheets, practice files and a recording of the session for internal use
• Follow-up email support for two weeks to handle any questions that crop up once everyone starts applying what they’ve learned
If you’ve previously coached teams on Microsoft 365 or rolled out SharePoint collaboration portals, I’d love to hear how you’d structure the day and keep engagement high. Please mention the tools you typically showcase (e.g., OneDrive sync, Power Automate approval flows) and share a couple of success stories or references so I can see your style in action.
