Microsoft 365 Setup & Automation
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m rolling out Microsoft 365 across the organisation and I need a specialist to get everything structured properly, then build a set of streamlined approval workflows with Power Automate.
Scope of the setup
• SharePoint – create the site architecture, libraries and permissions so that teams can collaborate without accidental oversharing.
• OneDrive – configure default policies and sharing rules, then migrate existing user folders.
• Forms & Lists – prepare the templates we’ll use for requests, incident reports and similar tasks.
Power Automate focus
The critical piece is an end-to-end approval process: a request is submitted from a Form or List, routed through the correct managers, logged in SharePoint, and triggers email or Teams notifications at each step. I’ll outline the exact steps and approver hierarchy; you’ll translate that into robust, reusable flows.
Deliverables
1. Configured SharePoint structure with documented permission model.
2. OneDrive policies in place and migration checklist completed.
3. Two sample Forms/Lists connected to a fully working approval flow in Power Automate.
4. A short hand-off guide or walkthrough video so my team can maintain and extend the solution.
Timeline
I’d like everything in place within a month, with weekly check-ins so we can test components as they’re built.
If this matches your expertise in Microsoft 365 admin, SharePoint architecture and Power Automate, let’s move forward.
