Microsoft 365 Service Request PowerApp
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a custom Power App built inside our Microsoft 365 tenant to digitise our service-request workflow. Staff should be able to open the app in any browser, fill out a simple form, and submit a request. That submission must automatically move through a clearly defined approval path, with every stage updating a real-time status view so both requestors and managers always know where things stand.
You’ll get admin-level access to a sandbox environment plus samples of the current manual process. From there you’ll design the data model, build the app (canvas or model-driven—whichever you recommend), configure any Power Automate flows needed for approvals, and then publish the solution so it runs smoothly on the web.
Deliverables
• Web-based Power App featuring form submission, multi-step approval, and live status tracking
• Secure connection to our chosen M365 data source (SharePoint list, Dataverse, etc.) with role-based permissions
• Brief documentation and hand-over walkthrough
The finished app should rely only on standard Microsoft 365 licensing, look polished, and be easy for us to maintain without code changes. When replying, outline your approach, timeline, and examples of similar work.
