About the Role
We’re seeking a "Microsoft Certified Security Expert" to deploy and manage end-to-end email security & data protection for enterprise clients. You’ll lead three critical phases:

1. Secure Email Foundation (1 Week)
2. Advanced Threat Protection (1 Week)
3. Managed Security & Compliance (Ongoing)


Mandatory Qualifications (Do Not Apply Without These)

Technical Skills
Certifications: Microsoft SC-200/400, MS-500, AZ-500 (Must Provide Proof)
Hands-On Experience:
- Deployed Defender for Office 365 (ATP, Safe Links, Anti-Phishing)
- Configured Microsoft Purview DLP & Encryption
- Implemented Zero Trust (Conditional Access, MFA)
Compliance Expertise: HIPAA/GDPR/PCI-DSS in Microsoft 365

Project Management
Tools: Azure DevOps/Microsoft Planner (Must share sample project timeline)
Reporting: Weekly KPI dashboards (Secure Score improvement, threats blocked)

Soft Skills
Fluent English + Client-facing experience
24-hour SLA for critical issues


Job Description
Phase 1: Secure Email Foundation (Days 1-14)
- Deploy Defender for Office 365 (Standard/Premium)
- Enforce MFA for all users (Azure AD Conditional Access)
- Set up basic DLP policies (Credit Cards, PII)
- Deliverable: 30%+ Secure Score increase report

Phase 2: Advanced Threat Protection (Days 15-30)
- Configure Safe Attachments + Safe Links
- Enable Threat Intelligence & Hunting (Microsoft Sentinel)
- Implement DMARC/DKIM/SPF for email authentication
- Deliverable: Phishing test results (80%+ detection rate)

Phase 3: Managed Security & Compliance (Ongoing)
- Monthly security audits (Purview Compliance Manager)
- Employee training (Phishing simulations + Microsoft Learn modules)
- 24/7 Monitoring (SOC alerts via Defender XDR)
- Deliverable: Monthly compliance report + risk mitigation plan
