Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Automate professional to help us automate business workflows and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining automated workflows across Microsoft 365 apps.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate

Integrate Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook

Set up approval workflows (leave requests, invoices, document approvals)

Automate notifications, reminders, and reporting processes

Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows for better performance

Requirements:

Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate

Strong knowledge of SharePoint, Excel Online, Outlook, and Teams

Ability to understand business processes and translate them into automation

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills

Preferred:

Experience with Power BI integration

Prior experience with lead management or HR automation
