Microsoft Power Automate Flow Development

Power Automate Flow required to be completed as soon as possible (two days), final presented by Sunday 4pm AWST (Perth Australia). I need a trigger of a new purchase order line in a Microsoft list to (Action) create a single synced task that is replicated into multiple plans (possibly) as well as individual specific task lists. This should only create one task (ie if task complete or modified will change over all plans). There are three Microsoft Lists that will provide the data for this flow. List: Clients, Purchase Order and Buckets/Plans. For example, the first purchase order has the first line has a purchase order 123, which has both client specific and project items as YES. This will create two planner tasks (Client and Project). The client task will look to the client list and assign this to P1 type customer from the client list. Therefore this will need to be in kirsty greys personal task list as well as the Client P1 Plan assigned to Kirsty grey (under bucket Strategex Solution [as client names are also bucket names] with the task title (Please complete onboarding for Client PO). It will also need to be in the Project plan (defined in PO list) assigned to Shane Yellow (defined in bucket list) and display in the Project plan under bucket Project. these tasks need to have the dependencies and task details as per the attached spreadsheet. One of the tasks requires an approval flow. The client is using P3 Planner Premium but other than that does not have any other API or Premium connectors and will not upgrade so needs to be done within the tenant.
