Microsoft 365 Integration for Medical Practice

I am seeking a Microsoft 365 expert who can design a holistic system for my medical practice including Microsoft Defender, Mobile Device Management (MDM), data protection and labeling and classification.
Requirements:
- Setup of Microsoft Defender with real-time protection, antivirus scanning, and malware detection capabilities.
- Comprehensive Mobile Device Management (MDM) that covers device enrollment and configuration management, application management, and robust data protection and encryption.
- Ensuring safety and security through solid data protection and highly precise labeling and classification strategies.
Ideal Experience/Skills:
- Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 suite, particularly Defender and the MDM.
- Strong knowledge and experience in data protection and encryption techniques.
- Past work with similar projects in the healthcare industry would be a great advantage.
