Microsoft 365 Expert Needed to configure secure file sharing from OneDrive for Business
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Looking for someone with expertise as a Microsoft 365 Admin to configure the M365 Business Premium account that I have just subscribed to as an individual, so I need to be the M365 admin. I want to use the information protection features in Microsoft 365 Business Premium to share MS-Office and PDF documents with clients, ensuring that these documents cannot be edited, printed, downloaded, forwarded or distributed in any way.
Specifically:
* Configure any necessary admin permissions to allow me to create external email groups, and to create and apply sensitivity labels
* Create a group of at least two “external” email addresses, i.e. email addresses that I own but are outside my M365 “organisation”.
* Create and apply a sensitivity label that will allow me to share a file to that external group that restricts editing, printing, downloading, forwarding or distributing.
* Test and verify that the recipients cannot edit, print, download, forward or distribute the file that I share.
I’ve tried following step by step instructions that I’ve obtained from copilot.microsoft.com but my account does not appear to have the right configuration of permissions. I want to use screen sharing to watch you do it. Since I do not want to share passwords I will take control to enter password(s) if and when required. Note I will be changing passwords after this exercise is complete.
Prefer using my Mac M2 for this exercise, but as an alternative I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 6 that we could use instead.
