Microsoft 365 Copilot Integration

Copilot will soon sit at the heart of our daily operations, connected seamlessly to Microsoft 365 and our ERP. The priority is clear: boost overall work efficiency by automating repeated tasks, surfacing insights instantly, and placing an AI assistant at every employee’s fingertips.

Your assignment is to build, tailor, and continually refine this Copilot environment with deep integration into our existing systems. That includes crafting high-quality prompts, setting up Power Automate flows where they add real value, and tuning the model so it improves week after week. I also expect hands-on enablement: staff must leave each workshop able to rely on Copilot confidently in Outlook, Teams, Excel, and the ERP screens they already know.

Because integration is the most critical success factor, familiarity with Microsoft 365 extensibility, Power Platform connectors, Azure OpenAI, and API-level access to ERP data will be essential. Please demonstrate relevant past work that proves you have shipped similar solutions in production environments.

• Library of tested, documented prompts tied to key business scenarios
• Automated workflows (Power Automate / Logic Apps) removing manual steps
• Performance-tuning plan with measurable improvement checkpoints
• Two interactive training sessions plus quick-reference guides for employees

The project is considered complete once Copilot reliably executes the defined scenarios, users achieve demonstrable gains in task completion time, and the knowledge transfer materials are in active use.
