Microsoft 365 Account Recovery

I'm locked out of my Microsoft 365 account. I have a working password, but the only 2FA method set up is via the Authenticator App, and I have just erased my phone and lost all my Authenticator data. I need someone to help me recover my account.

Requirements:
- Utilize my recovery phone number and email address
