Live 365-to-Google Migration Coaching

I’m about to move my own mailbox—emails, contacts, and calendars—from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace and would like a seasoned guide beside me in real time. I’m comfortable with both platforms at an intermediate level and I already use Outlook as my primary client, so I’ll handle every click and command; you simply keep me on the safest, fastest path, double-checking each decision as we go.

Here’s how I picture the session: we screen-share for roughly an hour (Zoom, Google Meet, or your preferred tool) and walk through the full workflow—setting up the Google Workspace migration service or equivalent, adjusting DNS when needed, exporting and importing contacts and calendar data, verifying MX cut-over, and running final send/receive tests. I’ll need quick explanations of any gotchas in the Microsoft 365 admin center or Google Admin console so nothing slips through the cracks.

By the end of the call I want to see:
• All historical email in the new Gmail account
• Contacts appearing correctly in Google Contacts
• Calendar events visible and matching Outlook
• A short recap of any post-migration clean-up tasks I should handle on my own
