IT Integration Specialist Needed for Microsoft 365 & RingCentral Setup
We are seeking an experienced IT freelancer to assist with integrating Microsoft 365 Business Standard. Currently, our Microsoft account is set up with onmicrosoft.com, while our email operates under glacierlabs.com through BlueHost using local personal Outlook, causing issues with Outlook functionality and Copilot access. Before making any transitions, we require a full data backup to ensure security and continuity.
Scope of Work
- Data Backup & Protection: Perform a thorough backup of all essential data before migration.
- Domain Consolidation: Transition from onmicrosoft.com to our glacierlabs.com domain for seamless integration.
- Microsoft 365 Optimization Ensure proper SharePoint, Outlook, and Office apps setup.
- Device Setup: Assist in configuring emails and Microsoft services on iPads, laptops, and other devices.
- Permissions & Security: Set up SharePoint, Outlook, and other apps with correct permissions.
- Training: Provide hands-on training for Microsoft 365 features once fully set up.
Current Licensing
- Microsoft 365 Business Standard (3 licenses)
- Microsoft 365 Apps for Business (1 license
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Microsoft 365, Outlook, and domain configurations.
- Experience integrating RingCentral within Microsoft 365 - Would be beneficial as an add on service to be completed after Microsoft setup.
- Knowledge of BlueHost email hosting and best practices for data backup.
- Ability to provide clear documentation for setup and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills and availability for ongoing consultation.
