AD Integration and Intune Setup

I need support to connect our on-premises Active Directory (AD) with Microsoft 365.
Key Requirements:
Putting up a sync for local AD to sync to o365 for single sign on
Remove duplication and optimize AD, Exchange online for cost effectiveness and organize in multiple tenant
Configure Defender and Intune and onboard devices (Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android)
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in AD and Microsoft 365 integrations
- Experience with Defender and Intune setup and device management
