Hostgator to Outlook Email Migration

I have up two active mailboxes hosted on a standard Hostgator cPanel-based server and I’m ready to move every message, folder and contact into Outlook (Microsoft 365).

Here’s what I need done:

• Copy all existing email data—messages, attachments, folders, contacts—via IMAP or another clean method into Outlook so nothing is lost.
• Maintain the original folder hierarchy and read/unread status.
• Point DNS/MX records to Microsoft 365 once the transfer is verified, keeping downtime to an absolute minimum.
• Confirm that sending and receiving work flawlessly after the cut-over and provide a brief summary of the steps you took (including any PST exports, import logs, DNS changes, and credentials handed back securely).

If you’ve handled Hostgator or other cPanel migrations before and know your way around Outlook Admin Center, IMAP sync tools, and DNS propagation checks, this should be straightforward. I’m ready to start as soon as you are.
