Hands-On M365 Email Migration Mentorship
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I want to strengthen my résumé by gaining real, hands-on experience migrating mailboxes into Microsoft 365. I’m ready to pay for guided exposure inside your live or lab-grade projects. My goal is to take ownership of specific migration tasks—running pre-checks, configuring cut-over or staged moves, using PowerShell and the Exchange admin center—while you stay available for oversight and troubleshooting so I learn the right way and keep the project safe.
Here’s how I picture the collaboration:
• You plug me into an upcoming or active email-to-Exchange Online migration and assign clear, contained tasks.
• I execute them independently—user discovery, mailbox batching, DNS cut-over, reporting—following your documented process.
• Whenever I hit a blocker, you jump in on a call or chat to coach me through best practices, security considerations, and rollback steps.
We can track progress in short milestones so you’re confident nothing slips. I’m comfortable signing NDAs, working off-hours, and documenting every step for your audit trail.
If you have repeatable migration work and enjoy teaching, let’s talk through your typical toolset—whether it’s native Exchange Online, MigrationWiz, SkyKick, or PowerShell scripts—so I can hit the ground running.
